Dentistry for Children wants to recognize all of the effort our DFC kids put into their brushing routine. Whether our patients are cavity free at their hygiene check or continue to work on their healthy habits at home by brushing twice a day, we want to say THANK YOU and WAY TO GO! Each entry into the DFC Brush Club is a chance to win a monthly gift card valued at $50 or a quarterly prize selected by the Dentistry for Children team. We can’t wait to reward our patients for all of their hard work. HAPPY BRUSHING!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
All current patients of record, between the ages of 3 to 18, who have been seen by one of our providers in the last six months are eligible.
HOW DO I ENTER?
There are up to two opportunities to enter each month:
OPTION 1: Complete your monthly Toothbrushing Tracker
Click here to download our Toothbrushing Tracker.
Fill it out each morning and night after your brush.
Have your parent or guardian sign-off on the bottom of the sheet.
Take a picture and then upload it to our website here.
OPTION 2: Cavity Free at your next hygiene visit
If you have no new cavities at your routine cleaning appointment, you will have another opportunity to enter your name into the drawing.
ARE THERE ANY FEES?
No, there are no fees to be entered into the monthly and quarterly drawings. It’s a gift from us to you!
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE?
No, you can decline entry into the monthly and quarterly drawings.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
Each month we will draw for a $50 gift card from places like Amazon, Target, and other similar retailers. For our quarterly prizes our winners can select from our pre-purchased toys like a Hoverboard, Magna Tiles, Instax Mini Camera, Nintendo Switch, and other similar BIG prizes!
CAN I WIN MORE THAN ONCE?
If you have more than one entry, you do have the opportunity to win that month as well as the quarterly drawing. The more you enter, the greater your chances! All names entered each month will be removed for the following month’s drawing. However, each month we will collect the names of everyone else who did not win and put them in the larger drawing for the quarter. At the end of each quarter, all names will be removed from the drawing and we will start collecting again for the following month(s) and quarter(s).
