DFC Brush Club

At Dentistry for Children, we want to celebrate the hard work our DFC Kids put into their daily brushing routines! Whether you leave your hygiene visit cavity-free or work hard at home to build healthy brushing habits, we want to say THANK YOU and WAY TO GO!

Every Brush Club entry gives you a chance to win a monthly $50 gift card or a quarterly grand prize selected by the Dentistry for Children team. We love recognizing our patients’ commitment to healthy smiles and can’t wait to reward their efforts.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Current patients of record ages 3–18 may participate if they have seen one of our providers within the last six months.

HOW DO I ENTER?

You can earn up to two entries each month.

OPTION 1: Complete your monthly Toothbrushing Tracker

Fill it out each morning and night after your brush.

Have your parent or guardian sign-off on the bottom of the sheet.

Take a picture and then upload it to our website here.

OPTION 2: Cavity Free at your next hygiene visit

Attend your routine cleaning appointment. If our team finds no new cavities during your exam, you’ll earn an additional entry into the monthly and quarterly drawings.

ARE THERE ANY FEES?

No. Participation is completely free. This program is our gift to you!

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE?

No. Participation is completely optional.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?

Each month, we draw one winner to receive a $50 gift card from retailers such as Amazon, Target, or similar stores.

Each quarter, winners may choose from exciting prizes such as:

Hoverboard
Magna-Tiles
Instax Mini Camera
Nintendo Switch
Other special prizes selected by our team

Prize selections may vary throughout the year.

CAN I WIN MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes!

Each qualifying entry gives you another chance to win. The more entries you earn, the better your chances.

After each monthly drawing, we remove that month’s entries from future monthly drawings. However, if you do not win, we automatically include your name in the quarterly drawing.

At the end of each quarter, we clear all entries and begin collecting new entries for the next quarter.

Who is eligible?
Children aged 3-18 will be eligible to join the DFC Brush Club, providing they meet entry criteria.
How to enter:
At the dental exam visit, if the child is deemed caries free, they will be entered into our monthly and quarterly prize draw.
An entry ticket will be given once thorough examination, clean and radiograph images (if relevant) are taken and the patient is deemed cavity free. Details will be recorded on a raffle ticket and placed into the prize bowl, where a ticket from each DFC Brush Club will be drawn.
Entry tickets will only be valid for one draw cycle, after which entries will be discarded.
Conditions of entry:
Must be a patient of record and up to date on routine dental cleanings (seen within the last 6 months).
Provide a signed copy of their monthly toothbrush tracker OR be determined cavity free at their next routine cleaning.
Patient does not have to be cavity free up to that point, only cavity free for that hygiene visit.
If the patient is not eligible as cavity free at their routine dental cleaning, they will become eligible again at any subsequent visit they are cavity free.
There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the drawing.
Start and Closing Dates:
The Toothbrushing Chart is always available for download from our website.
We will accept uploaded Toothbrushing Trackers up to one full week following the last date of the previous month or quarter we are drawing.
When the prize will be drawn:
We will draw for one monthly winner on the second Monday of each month for the previous month’s winner.
We will draw for one quarterly winner on the second Monday of the month following the quarter we are drawing for.
Details and values of prizes:
Monthly prizes will vary each competition cycle, but will be a gift voucher to the sum of $50 to a major retailer or local shop.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
Prizes are not transferable.
Notification of winner:
Winners will be notified via the email they wrote down on their entry form.
Winners will be selected at random from all entries received.
Winners names are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified within a week of the prize drawing and advised when and where the prize can be collected.
By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent received by parent/guardian.
Winner will be announced through our Social Media channels and only first names revealed (Facebook and Instagram).
